This does not include Brand & Graphic Design services.

All payments made through this site are non-refundable. By making a purchase on this site, you authorize EDELLE Brands to charge the credit card(s) used. We do not offer refunds and there are no exceptions to the refund policy. User’s shall not receive any refund, partial or otherwise, if they are unable to attend a purchased consultation or session. If you must cancel or reschedule for any reason, you must do so within 48 hours to receive credit towards a consultation or session scheduled for another time. No 100% refunds will be granted under any circumstances - unless FORCE MAJEURE. Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental act

We require high quality/resolution  photos for our website design service. We will not accept selfies, screenshots of products, or low resolution photos. If your in need of a photographer please contact us at studio@edellebrands.com, if your concerned about your image quality please feel free to submit them here for us to review.

Clients are responsible for all wording content while EDELLE Brands is responsible for the design. We encourage all clients to proof read all wording sent over, we will not correct any grammar or spelling errors.
